Welcome to AFB Corporate Operations LLC, dba Allegra Marketing Print Mail Plymouth (“Allegra”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of our online storefronts, ordering portals, web-to-print systems, websites, fulfillment services, and related services.
By accessing this storefront, creating an account, placing orders, uploading files, approving proofs, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for maintaining account credentials and restricting access to authorized personnel.
Users accept responsibility for all activity occurring under their accounts.
Allegra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or violation of these Terms.

ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEMS
Orders placed through our storefronts, web-to-print systems, template systems, or ordering portals constitute a binding request for production.
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Orders submitted through automated workflows, integrated systems, or customer-specific portals may enter production automatically upon completion of required approvals and therefore may not be cancellable.

CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC STOREFRONTS
Certain storefronts may contain customer-specific pricing, products, templates, catalogs, artwork, assets, and content.
Customer-specific storefront information shall be considered confidential and may not be copied, distributed, shared, or reused without authorization.

ARTWORK, FILE SUBMISSIONS, AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
Customers are solely responsible for all uploaded files, artwork, images, text, specifications, mailing data, and submitted content.
Allegra is not responsible for:
• Spelling, grammar, punctuation, or content errors
• Low-resolution files
• Missing bleeds, margins, or safe zones
• Improper color setup
• File corruption or upload failures
• Incorrect dimensions or specifications
• Variable data formatting errors
• Database errors supplied by customer
Customer assumes responsibility for verifying file accuracy prior to submission.

TEMPLATE CUSTOMIZATION AND WEB-TO-PRINT PRODUCTS
Customers utilizing editable templates, online personalization tools, variable data systems, or web-to-print editors are responsible for all entered content.
Allegra is not responsible for customer-created template modifications, formatting changes, image placement, text overflow, or customization errors introduced during editing.

PROOFS, APPROVALS, AND AUTOMATED WORKFLOWS
When proofs are provided, production will begin only after approval unless otherwise specified.
Approval of digital proofs, online previews, automated approval workflows, or storefront approval buttons constitutes acceptance of:
• Layout
• Content
• Spelling
• Personalization
• Variable data
• Quantities
• Specifications
• Production settings
Customer-approved proofs may automatically trigger production workflows.
Orders entering production after approval may not be modified or cancelled.

VARIABLE DATA, MAILING DATA, AND DATABASE RESPONSIBILITY
Customers supplying mailing lists, databases, recipient information, or variable data files are solely responsible for accuracy and compliance.
Allegra is not responsible for:
• Duplicate records
• Missing records
• Incorrect addressing
• Data formatting issues
• Merge errors caused by supplied data
• Postal delays

COLOR EXPECTATIONS
Printed products may vary from:
• Digital proofs
• Monitor displays
• Previous production runs
• Sample pieces
• Third-party supplied materials
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically purchased or agreed upon in writing.
Minor color variation shall not constitute a defect.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULES
Production schedules are estimates only.
Production timing begins after:
• Order submission
• File receipt
• Payment approval
• Proof approval
• Completion of required information
Production schedules may be impacted by equipment availability, vendor delays, material shortages, shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND FULFILLMENT
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Risk of loss transfers upon transfer to shipping carrier or customer pickup.
Allegra is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost packages
• Weather delays
• Incorrect addresses supplied by customers
• Missed delivery appointments

INVENTORY, WAREHOUSING, AND FULFILLMENT SERVICES
For inventory, warehousing, kitting, or fulfillment programs:
• Inventory counts are subject to periodic reconciliation
• Storage fees may apply
• Obsolete inventory may be disposed of after reasonable notice
• Customers are responsible for maintaining current inventory instructions

OVERAGES AND UNDERAGES
Due to manufacturing processes, delivered quantities may vary.
Unless otherwise agreed:
• Print quantities may vary by up to +/-10%
• Customers agree to accept and pay for actual delivered quantities

RETURNS, CLAIMS, AND REFUNDS
Custom printed products, personalized products, and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable.
Claims for shortages, defects, or damages must be submitted within ten (10) business days after receipt.
Allegra reserves the right to inspect, replace, repair, credit, or otherwise resolve claims at its discretion.

COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARKS, AND CONTENT RIGHTS
Customers represent that they possess all rights necessary to reproduce submitted content.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Allegra harmless from claims arising from submitted materials.
Allegra reserves the right to refuse materials believed to violate intellectual property laws.

ACCEPTABLE USE
Users may not:
• Upload malicious files
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with storefront functionality
• Submit unlawful content
• Circumvent pricing or ordering controls
Violation may result in account termination.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Allegra’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Allegra shall not be liable for:
• Lost profits
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost business opportunities
• Delayed projects

FORCE MAJEURE
Allegra shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside reasonable control including labor shortages, equipment failures, supplier disruptions, cyber incidents, weather events, transportation disruptions, or governmental actions.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Michigan and applicable federal law.

CHANGES TO TERMS
Allegra reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the storefront constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
